1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using vanessaawe.com or any associated digital properties, programs, or offers operated by VAMA Beauty Enterprise LLC ("the Business," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, registrants, applicants, and clients across all Business properties including but not limited to vanessaawe.com, milliondollarimageicon.com, The Million Dollar Image Icon™ Experience, The Recommendation Gap™ Assessment, and all associated funnels, masterclasses, and email programs.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and associated properties — including but not limited to written content, brand copy, methodology names, trademarks, program names, course materials, email sequences, assessments, and visual assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of VAMA Beauty Enterprise LLC and Vanessa Awe.

The following are registered or common law trademarks of VAMA Beauty Enterprise LLC:

• The Million Dollar Image Icon™
• The Recommendation Gap™
• The ARC Method™
• The Legacy Brand System™
• The Signature Style Collection™
• The Magnetic Presence System™
• The Grounded Luminary™
• VAMA Beauty™

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any of our content without express written permission from VAMA Beauty Enterprise LLC.

3. Programs and Services

The Million Dollar Image Icon™ Experience

The MDII Experience is an application-only, premium coaching and consulting program. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of VAMA Beauty Enterprise LLC. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Program details, investment, and deliverables are outlined separately at time of enrollment.

The Recommendation Gap™ Assessment

The assessment is a complimentary diagnostic tool. Results are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. Results are based on self-reported responses and are not a guarantee of any business outcome.

Masterclasses and Events

Registration for free events such as the From Credibility to Demand masterclass is complimentary. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events. Registrants will be notified of any material changes.

4. Payment, Billing, and Refund Policy

4a. Payment Processor

All payments for programs and services offered by VAMA Beauty Enterprise LLC are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms. VAMA Beauty Enterprise LLC does not store, access, or retain your credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or bank account details on its own servers.

4b. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through Stripe:

• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• ACH bank transfers (U.S. bank accounts only) — available for program investments above $1,000. ACH transfers require bank account verification through Stripe's secure verification process and may take 3–5 business days to clear.

Program access will not be granted until payment has been fully cleared and confirmed. For ACH payments, this means after the 3–5 business day clearing period.

4c. Payment Plans

Payment plans are available for select programs where indicated at time of enrollment. By selecting a payment plan you agree to the following:

• All installments are required regardless of your participation in or completion of the program
• Installments are charged automatically on the agreed schedule via the payment method on file
• Failed payments will be retried. If a payment cannot be collected after two attempts, program access may be suspended until the balance is resolved
• Pay-in-full options, where available, are priced at a lower total investment than the payment plan equivalent

4d. Refund Policy

All investments in VAMA Beauty Enterprise LLC programs are final. Specific refund terms, if any, will be outlined in your written program agreement at time of enrollment. General policy is as follows:

• All sales are final unless otherwise specified in a signed written program agreement
• No refunds will be issued after the program start date unless expressly stated in your enrollment agreement
• Deposits, where required, are non-refundable and secure your enrollment spot

4e. Chargebacks and Disputes

We ask that you contact us directly at hello@vanessaawe.com before initiating any dispute or chargeback with your bank, card issuer, or Stripe. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Chargebacks or ACH reversals initiated without prior written communication will be disputed with full documentation including your enrollment agreement, payment records, and program access logs. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of disputed amounts through all available legal means.

5. Disclaimer of Results

We share client results and case studies for illustrative purposes only. Results depend on many individual factors including but not limited to effort, experience, market conditions, and implementation. Nothing on our website, in our programs, or in our email communications constitutes a guarantee of specific business, financial, or career results.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAMA Beauty Enterprise LLC and Vanessa Awe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, programs, or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Program materials, methodologies, worksheets, and session content shared within any VAMA Beauty Enterprise LLC program are confidential and proprietary. Clients agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute program materials with third parties without written consent.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our content, assessments, or methodologies for commercial purposes without written permission
• Impersonate Vanessa Awe or VAMA Beauty Enterprise LLC in any form
• Submit false or misleading information in any application or form
• Engage in harassment, defamation, or harmful conduct toward the Business or its community

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
